The Seller is liable for the conformity of the Product with the agreement under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
Complaints may be submitted:
a) by e-mail to:

b) in writing to: ul. Leśna 1, 42-256 Zrębice, Poland
A complaint should include: the Customer's name, e-mail address, order number, description of the defect, and the Customer's request.
The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt. Failure to respond within this period means the complaint is considered justified.
In the case of a justified complaint, the Seller will, at its discretion or at the Consumer's choice, replace the activation codes or refund the price paid.
